Greetings and salutations,
Today I'd like to go over eating enough. We talked about eating healthy, and over eating but now I feel its time to make sure you are eating enough.
For me today I realized that while I thought I'd be okay, I didn't pack enough or eat enough. Which in turn caused a massive headache, dizziness, and nausea.
In addition to drinking water, exercising, and eating healthy, one must also make sure to eat plenty of food. You don't want your body going into or thinking it's starving. That will not help you with your goals either. Plus its much more difficult to recover from not eating enough in the sense of your body may have already been triggered into the defense of starvation mode. It can also be a tricky line but you don't want to over eat either.
For me, drinking water definitely helps but also making sure I'm getting enough calories during the day like around lunch time is vital for energy and staying focused.
And whenever in doubt, please consult you're doctor, or even a fitness coach (if working with one) they're there to help you succeed and be safe.
