Feeling like giving up...
We have all been there, where we feel like giving up because of a bad day, falling off the wagon, or some other excuse we tell ourselves to give up. But what thoughts follow are more important, it takes 10 positive thoughts to cancel 3 negative ones. Yes we all want to give up sometimes especially when it feels like we will never get into the clothes size we want to, or lose a few extra pounds of fat and gain lean muscle.
But if you start to feel like giving up, remember your why. Why did you start working out? Why did you decide to change? Why are you striving to eat better? You get the point, whatever your why is it will help you remember that it will be worth it. But the why has to be big enough.
There have been times lately where I want to give up because of not seeing the numbers I want, or because of clothes still not fitting right, but why I started changing my life is what keeps me going. I want to help myself and help others improve themselves and feel good about themselves.
You can do this, and remember your why.
