No hesitation, No regrets, No fear

No Hesitation, No Regrets, No Fear...
Three things that are going to help you reach true freedom and reach your goals.
The first "no hesitation" makes me think of the old quote 'the early bird catches the worm' because if you hesitate you could lose your chance to change yourself how you want to change.
There have been times where I've hesitated to get a gym membership or buy a new workout dvd only to have to put off my goals longer.
No regrets, this one is my second toughest to jump or get past. We all have made some good and some not so good choices, and depending on those choices made or not made, they can tend to haunt us through out life. I do my best now not to bring up my past or to dwell on things that I've made choices on. At 26 I have choices that some haven't had to make that others could say I should regret, but the fact is it taught me who I am and who I am not.
Finally No fear. This can take on so many forms. No fear of working out longer, no fear of trying something new, no fear of quitting a job you hate to go after what you are truly passionate about. No fear about trying new foods. This one is the toughest to accomplish or "get over it" because fear can try to cripple us. Having no fear is a lot easier said than done. For me there are too many times where my own thoughts and mind have created fear that I originally have not had. But I have overcome fears, and continue to overcome them.
By accomplishing these three things, I believe that then we can have true freedom. We can get out of our own way and become more than just someone who gets up, goes to work, and pays bills.
There will be days that you want to quit and run away from the fear, but if you keep to what makes you feel accomplished and happy you will find how much more your life is fulfilled. And how much more you enjoy life.
Keep being positive and moving forward,
Namaste
